Why Did Casey Abrams Miss American Idol? Health UPDATE
During the American Idol live results show on Thursday (March 10), Ryan Seacrest announced that finalist Casey Abrams couldn't make it because he had been hospitalized for the second time in three weeks with severe stomach pains.
