‘The X Factor’ Auditions Begin in Los Angeles

The first auditions for “The X Factor,” the singing competition program Cowell is bringing to the United States, were held yesterday in Los Angeles, and more than 15,000 aspiring performers packed a parking lot for their shot at fame.
