Celebrate Grilled Cheese Month with Jarlsberg Cheese

This past fall, I ate the grilled cheese sandwich that would make all other grilled cheese sandwiches inferior. Never again would I be satisfied with a plain, old, boring run of the mill grilled cheese sandwich.
